New Clients

FIRST EXAM FREE FOR NEW CLIENTS

Limit 2 pets per household. Does not apply to rabbits, lizards, turtles, or other exotic pets.

If you are a new client, please call the clinic at (904) 717-6840 during regular business hours to schedule your first appointment.

Our regular business hours are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-4pm on Saturday. The hospital is closed on Sundays.

• Dogs
• Cats
• Rabbits
• Small & Furry (guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, rats, mice, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, chinchillas, ferrets)
• Lizards (Bearded Dragons, Geckos, Iguanas, etc.)
• Turtles & Tortoises
• Non-Venomous Snakes
• Animals with a Class III FWC Permit (Foxes, Opossums, Raccoons, Skunks, Kinkajous)

Currently we are not accepting birds, pigs, or primates

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or text.

To help expedite your check-in process, please have all your pet’s previous medical records emailed to us prior to your appointment at BirchIslandVet@gmail.com
