We know that our hours don't always align with your busy schedule, so Birch Island Veterinary Center is pleased to offer several self-service options for our clients.

Visit our client portal for 24/7 access to:

• Request a new appointment. You are able to choose what days and times work best for you, as well as which doctor you prefer to see.
• View reminders for appointments that have already been scheduled.
• Request a prescription refill. You can also view your current prescriptions.
• Print health certificates, vaccine certificates, rabies certificates, or spay certificates for all your pets.
• Update your personal information, including address, phone numbers, or email addresses.
• Update information for your pets, including photos, birthdates, gender, or breed.
• Set your communication preferences for emails, text messages, or phone calls.

In order to use our client portal, you must have an email address associated with your client record in our system.
