Welcome to Birch Island Veterinary Center! To schedule an appointment, we kindly ask that new clients call us directly at (904) 717-6840. Our team will assist you in setting up your first visit and answer any questions you may have.
Existing Clients
For established clients, we offer the convenience of an online scheduling portal to request appointments. While we strive to accommodate your preferred day and time, please note that your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our team.
Appointment Scheduling Details
- - We schedule appointments in 20-minute intervals (e.g., 9:00, 9:20, 9:40, etc.).
- - The veterinarian is in surgery on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11 AM - 2 PM.
- - On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 PM - 2 PM, we see drop-off cases.
When submitting an online request, please keep these time blocks in mind. A staff member will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm or discuss alternative times.
